Very friendly and extremely helpful. Gave me print out of my RX so I was not obligated to purchase glasses through them. Printed out all my insurance information and break down on the frames and options I was considering choosing so I could take it home and think about it. Everything is ready in their computer if I choose to move fwd with the order. They even order in the frames I’m considering in a different color so I can see what they look like.
The staff are very sweet! Dr. Tilley helped me with my blurry vision ! His prescriptions are always great! Cynthia helped me with my glasses. She is a delight !
