I looked at so many places and tried out a few hairdressers (one place actually charged by the hour!) Now I'm so glad that I went to the Ritz and found "the one" - Heather. I'm pretty low maintenance hair-wise, but I am super particular about my cut. Heather was a Godsend. I had a consult and we discussed color, what I wanted, and what would and wouldn't look good on me. She took the time to listen and make sure my hair (and color) was exactly what I wanted before I left. Heather is super-friendly, and def one of the best in town! The stylists here are very friendly and good at their crafts. I was very pleased with their services. My daughter had her haircut and highlights done on a visit to me. They were able to work her in for an appointment since her time in town was limited. They did a nice job, and my daughter was very satisfied.

My first time there. Kaitlyn cut my hair exactly how I asked her to. She was very nice and helpful. She asked all the right questions about how I do my hair so she could get the cut just right.
