Our water heater went out over the holiday weekend. We waited to call until Tuesday morning and they were very responsive, showing up about an hour later. The duo worked quickly to identify the problem and gave us the option for a repair or replacement. They were not pushy about either option and were happy to answer my questions. The repair was completed quickly and we are so happy to have hot water again.
These guys are great. Ed and Carlos helped me figure out why my ice maker was not getting water to it without rolling their eyes (it was turned off), and then helped with a couple of other plumbing issues I had run into. For making the trip out here and doing things in addition to my original problem, their charges were very reasonable and service was with a smile. Thanks, guys!
