I like the wide range of options so I can find what’s best for me. I normally just do an hour, but I’ll occasionally splurge on that 90 minute one. Celine is a literal life saver. She asks what I’d like her to focus on before each session which I like. She is also really in tune with when I want to yap vs when I just want to relax in silence. Nothing is ever awkward and I have really benefited from seeing her these last few months.
My experience has been phenomenal! The staff are always friendly and welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. Even if you a fluffy individual they don't make you feel body conscious.
