Dr Thorne and his assistant Sean were amazing. I felt comfortable and heard. They listened to my issues and helped me with everything . Would recommend to everyone. What a great experience .
Dr. Thorne did not insert my crown correctly, but took no responsibility. He told me to go to an Endodontist, which I had prior to the crown. After months of pain in the crown area, and $1,200 out of pocket, switching to another dentist to fix what Dr. Thorne messed up. Not recommended 😕
I have been a highly satisfied patient with Dr. Thorne for 6 years. I have had multiple types of insurance during this time, and he has taken all of them without issue. Dr. Thorne, not an assistant, cleans my teeth very well every 6 months and he does it quickly. He and his staff are kind and caring. They schedule me promptly when I have dental emergencies. I also enjoy watching the critters they feed in their yard through the large window while in the dental chair.
