We have used Thomas Engineering Consultants for going on 5 years to inspect and examine the structural integrity of our home.
In a world where data matters, it truly helps to use an Actual Engineer to evaluate your home. TEC is beyond professional, and I would highly recommend using them for you needs!
I have had this company evaluate 2 houses for which I was under contract. In the most recent case, TEC helped me uncover significant issues the sellers Structural Engineer (at best) missed. Their staff is also friendly and easy to work with.
TEC maintains a high standard and I highly recommend them.
