This was actually our second home we built with Keith Carothers. Our first experience 15 years ago was so great when we were ready to get a bigger home we didn’t think twice. Building a new home is a journey filled with ups and downs. It has been almost effortless due to Keith, Nicole and Joice. What little challenges that were faced always came with solutions. They truly care about you and with them you never have to worry about being a number. I am hoping this is my forever home but if for some reason I decide to do this again Keith will be the first I call.

Where do I begin? Words can't express how happy we are with the experience working with Keith Carothers. From the first time we walked into the Carothers door we knew we were in the right place. We wanted a retirement home my wife and I had been saving and planning for several years. We gave Keith our house plans and design. Over the next few weeks we had the right plan and design in hand.
