“I went in for a cut/trim, as a man, I'm trying to grow my hair longer these days and I got the perfect person! La Twila started off asking me what I wanted, listened and then asked if she could make a suggestion? Her suggestion was exactly what I needed(trim the hair over my ear a bit higher). She was respectful, professional, courteous and confident! My last cut at a different business was not good so I was a bit nervous, but I feel so good about the cut and the experience overall!
