“I absolutely love Kim, I've been going to her for years. I've always been scared to have my eyebrows done due to scars I have from an accident I was in as a child. She fixed them and they are perfect. Her hair cuts for me are always perfect. La Twila started off asking me what I wanted, listened and then asked if she could make a suggestion? Her suggestion was exactly what I needed(trim the hair over my ear a bit higher). She was respectful, professional, courteous and confident! My last cut at a different business was not good so I was a bit nervous, but I feel so good about the cut and the experience overall!
