I contacted 1st Call Lawn Maintenance with an emergency work request. Don and his crew were quick to respond, answer my questions, and explain potential costs to the job. Staff was courteous, informative, and very helpful on all the follow up calls I made regarding the work order. Mark was the technician working on my case and he provided, hands down, the best customer service I have had in a long time. Mark answered all of my questions, was quick to call me back, and followed through with everything he said he was going to do. I will definitely recommend 1st Call Lawn Maintenance and Irrigation to all my friends and neighbors.
