Lori Garcia Lori is a miracle worker. Not only is she dedicated to her job, but she's knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint. My virgin hair was temperamental and challenging, to say the least. She didn't let me leave if it didn't take right or she felt it wasn't the outcome she wanted. Her dedication, patience, and knowledge are why I will never go to anyone else. Anytime she is booked and can't get me in, she would go over my "recipe" and stubborn hair with a colleague to make sure they were able to handle the job. The owner, Lauren, is also the same way. She made sure I was taken care of my first time there after my hair decided to do it's own thing. They reached out to Paul Mitchell for guidance and took this head as if their life depended on it. All of the ladies there are friendly and talented, but when you walk in, you feel like part of the family. They all work together to help one another. I'm thankful to have found this gem!
Adrienne gave me my sass back! I feel like I went in with an ugly mop of hair and left with a sassy new do. Salon is nice and everyone was very friendly. Will definitely be back. Thanks, Adrienne!
