Brian went above and beyond any service we have ever had for carpet cleaning. We are new to Texas and I saw good reviews on FB and decided to call. From the moment calling Ripley, this company has been A+ in service. Brian that came to our house, was on time very professional, and just a delight. Such a friendly happy attitude! You can tell he enjoys what he does and just really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re a happy customer. He explained everything in detail and really exceeded in every way. I want to say that I had the best service and the best work done by Bryan Stanley and Ripley's. He was on time and did the work in a timely matter. He cleaned my buck skin leather chair and love seat. When the job was finished they looked amazing. He left it smelling great and soft. All the smells and stains are gone. I want to thank you Bryan for your professional work and knowledge. I will be telling lots of people about you.
