About the previous customer’s comments. I was there and perhaps I am the gentlemen you spoke about. Your technician didn’t leave you to help me, she said hello just like all polite people do. You were quite loud when you left and I heard you say that you pay less somewhere else so why not just go there. Obviously you didn’t like the service there either. Some people just can’t be satisfied. Good luck to you ma’am.
