Today I had a new patient appointment at 3:45. I arrived a 3:35. 10 minutes early. I was called to the desk and was greeted with a heavy sigh and side eye to another customer service person. Apparently, it is required to be 30 minutes early BEFORE an appointment. so make my appointment for 3:15. And do not communicate this while a new patient is standing in front of you. the front desk and office manager need some serious reminders about customer service. I was.told. I would have to reschedule. no one offered to do that...I would have to call. I'm standing right in front of you. No offer to get the paperwork all filled out today. No apologies for their error. I'm a liar because they have "POLICIES" DO BETTER! I'll be sure to provide a new patient perspective in all forums available to me bc new patients deserve to be respected and to be served with quality SERVICE. look that up Elizabeth.
This practice is terrific. Dr. Dingess and Mallory Lambert combine their expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss their patient’s needs and provide appropriate referrals to address their unique concerns. They’re great about communicating with other healthcare professionals and have been a pleasure to work with in coordinating care with our mutual clients at Advanced Psychiatry in Southlake, TX.
I just want to share my experience today. I typically see Dr. Mallory Lambert and she is absolutely amazing!!!! But today i had an appointment with Dr. Jenna Solomon and she is also amazing! I’d like to share my experience with her- I’ve been pretty sick recently but tested negative for Covid and the Flu so she was doing everything she could to find out what was wrong with me. I wasn’t feeling the best so i laid down and she brought me water and put a cold cloth on my head. I have not had any bad experiences here and they’re great at getting you in right away!! Thank you keller family medical / Jenna for helping me feel better!!!!!
