We’d give more stars if we could. We’ve been working with James since 2019 when he created a new bathroom for us upstairs. Since then, he’s helped us with a kitchen refresh and just finished the primary bath, half bath, and laundry room, where he and his team created a dog wash for us (which is amazing). What we appreciate most is a) they have strong local roots, b) integrity and professionalism, c) he has a fantastic grasp of trends, but also classic design, d) strong communication. He is readily available; we can always reach him when needed, e) everyone on his team is trustworthy and dependable, f) his pricing is fair and he goes above and beyond for his clients....read full review
J. Martin Company has done 2 projects for us. In 2002, James did a room addition to our home. We experienced 2 storms once the back of our home was removed and had flooding both times. The first time it happened, we phoned James at 4 a.m. He was at our home by 5 a.m. with every towel he could buy at Wal-Mart. That's going above and beyond customer service! 23 years later we are still enjoying the room. This year James and Company rebuilt a shower after we had to remove it because of leakage and mold. Just completed a Kitchen Reno with James Martin LTD contractor/designer. The project was completed on time within budget and exceeded our expectations! From the initial design and project planning to suppliers and execution, James was exceptional in communication and project management. The workmanship was excellent and the final result beyond amazing! We would highly recommend James Martin LTD for any kitchen or bathroom renovation project.
