We bought one of Mike's prebuilt homes in February of '23 and we are happy that we did. It has been a very good experience. We feel like we ended up with a quality-built home. Mike and his team have been very responsive to us and have made sure that we are satisfied. We look forward to many years of comfortable living in our Garabedian built home.
Our experience with Mike Garabedian and the staff at Garabedian Properties has been Fantastic. We have been in our Garabedian house for over 3 years. I can't comment enough on the Quality of the build and the Design of our home. We constantly have people driving by to take pictures of the outside. It is just a stunning home.In the February 2021 freeze and blackout, ours was the only house on the street that did not reach freezing temperatures inside. No pipe bursts as Garabedian designed the home to have all of the water heaters and water running through the home on the interior walls and within an encapsulated attic that remains the same temperature of the home.We have...read full review

We have had several high-end Home builders in our house and ALL of them have commented on the remarkable quality of the products used and the overall build. Throughout the past 3 years in our home, Mike has reached out to us on several occasions (as well as during the freeze and blackout) to check on us and see if we needed anything. Once you buy a home from Garabedian, its like your a part of their Family. Always checking in and letting us know they are there if we need anything.We could not be happier with our home.
