3:16 Roofing and Construction
“Maybe the most positive experience you could have. I will recommend Dawson and 3:16 to everyone I know.
We purchased our home in 2026 and the roof has been fully replaced in 2021. We purchased the home knowing there was a small leak.
Several months ago a different roofing company (good reputation) quoted us a high price claiming they had to pull up a whole section and repair and replace.
THANK GOD WE GOT A SECOND OPINION FROM 3:16.
Dawson from 3:16 came out for inspection and found that the leak was coming from a fracture in the metal from the ventilation. Simple, effective, and successful repair that did not require unnecessary labor. Saved us thousands and I will never work with another roofing company in DFW.”
