I cannot speak highly enough of this company. After a hail storm, we trusted a friend's recommendation and called Mark. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and knew I had made the right choice. His business partner Richard then took the reigns and guided us through every step of the process, taking the time to help us understand everything from the insurance side of it, to what to expect during the construction. Our roof had hail damage and we were referred to Energy Efficient Roofing. I am very happy we were too. I left a message and my call was returned promptly. Joe Coker is the Vice President of the company and that is who called. Joe came out quickly and he knew his stuff. We wanted to learn about the class 4 roofing shingles and Joe knew it all. After educating my wife and I we decided to move forward with Joe and upgrade our roof. They completed the job in 1 day 1 day!!!! They cleaned up and just amazed us at their level of professionalism. Very impressed and can easily recommend EERC to my friends and neighbors. From working with the insurance company to the install, everything went smoothly. Richard Ford was extremely professional worked hard to make sure that no detail was overlooked. On the day of the install, the owner of the company even showed up to make sure that everything was going well. It's really nice to deal with a local company that delivers what they promise.
