I typically grab the 6 am class during the weekday. The instructors are above-average, encouraging women who give helpful orientation to new students, great feedback throughout the class, and helpful, self-correcting information for good muscle and core formation. I have found this studio to be above average compared to similar studios in the area. You will leave feeling encouraged, strong, and like you've started the day off right. Come join us!

Kylie was amazing!!! The mixed equipment class kicked my butt in the best way and I appreciate her helping me so much cause this was my first time at Bodybar trying reformer pilates! Will definitely be back, Kylie was an amazing instructor & loved the vibe there!
