I have used Accurate Rooging Systems on three different occasions, twice for roof repairs and on the third occasion for a full roof replacement. The repairs were completed per schedule, done well, and at reasonable cost. The full roof replacement was required by the new buyers' lending agent before their loan would be approved. I contacted David Avery (ARS) for help because of the short window before closing. He not only completed the job well before closing (no need to extend contract date), but also worked with the new buyers to have input into their shingle color selection choice. We had some bad storm damage to our roof, and honestly, I didn’t even know where to start. David came out, walked us through everything, and made the whole process so easy. The crew was quick, professional, and did an amazing job. You wouldn’t even know we had issues to begin with.
We have been so blessed to find some absolutely amazing home repair/improvement companies!
A couple of years ago, we had a new roof installed by ARS Accurate Roofing Systems, and they did a wonderful job. Then recently we notice a leak in the attic from one of the fans they had installed.
ARS came out within 24 hours of us calling them and not only fixed the leak, but replaced the attic fan at NO COST because of their awesome warranty!
Our roof also still looks amazing and is holding up despite all the crazy weather we’ve had!
I DEFINITELY recommend this company if you ever need roof, soffit or siding repairs!
