Dimensional Pro helped us navigate the insurance claim process & explained everything to us as to what to expect from the ins. co. They were professional & did great job on replacing out roof. They completed the job at the price we discussed & cleaned up everything when the job was finished.

My girlfriend lives in Gainesville, TX and teaches special education there. While we were out camping Mother Nature left us a gift to which we learned of upon entry into her home. A massive hole in the middle of the living room. I contacted David at Dimensional, he came out and assessed the roof and the wonderful hole in the living room ceiling. He taped up the hole and tarped the roof until the adjuster could come out. Which took a couple of weeks. He worked hard to ensure the insurance company would approve the claim.
