When my son came home from middle school with a bruise on his neck from the squat bar I knew it was time to get him the right training for weight lifting. Tres @ Spartan is a great teacher for up and coming athletes looking to get an edge on the competition at an early start. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and doesn’t work ahead of what my son is capable of. In just 6 weeks, one workout a week, I can see gains in my son that I know he would not be getting any where else. The app for at home training is just the cherry on top!
Tres is an awesome trainer. He will adapt work outs to your needs, focus and goals. He is very encouraging, calm demeanor and overall chill person. I enjoy my work out, don't dread coming or my assigned work outs on the app. I definitely encourage anyone who is shy to go to the gym by themselves or have no idea where to start to come work out with Tres. You won't regret it!
