If you have Medicare and are already a pt. Family medicine your Medicare is accepted. Some but not all will take new patients at start of year with Medicare . I’ve seen my hospital bills and the amount Medicare pays. No blame on Family medicine. They work hard and long hours. And exposed to who knows what. So kudos to Doctor Hoffman and staff.

The Drs do not care about their patients. The Dr would not refill a prescription of the medication I had be prescribed for years with Dr Miller. New Dr never even met me, told the PA not to.

I use to love coming here when Dr. Miller was my doctor. He genuinely cared and helped however he could. This new doctor doesn’t care and neither do some of the nurses. They never answer the phone when I or my pharmacist calls. Said that if I run out of insulin just go to the hospital for a shot. I live 1.5 hours away, I can’t afford to lose time at work, so I can’t make an appointment at the times they offer. However, me running out of insulin and asking what I should do should have never been answered with “just go to the hospital” I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.
