The lady at the guard house was super friendly and helpful! She was short with dark hair in a ponytail. I think her name was Lisa. She was amazing! Very professional! She needs a raise!

Outstanding Team and Exceptional Service at Nucor Steel
I recently visited Nucor Steel as a commercial driver to deliver a container, and the process was unexpectedly challenging. The unloading process was nearly impossible due to unforeseen issues. However, the staff at the warehouse went above and beyond to assist.
From the unloaders to the office personnel, and even the warehouse manager himself, everyone worked together with professionalism, efficiency, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure the container was successfully unloaded. Their teamwork and dedication turned a potentially rejected load into a successful delivery.
