My 17 year old daughter doesn't normally get her nails done but prom is coming up so she came in with a friend and her boyfriend. She was treated horribly my one of the younger female staff members. When I say horrible, it's not an exaggeration. Rude as all get out, didn't give her what she asked for (didn't know how to do what she asked for but proceeded to completely mess up the set instead of just saying that she couldn't do the ombre asked for.) She then charged $55 after only taking off $5 when her friend was only charged $44 for the same thing) when she had to have them completely redone by Lee (I'm assuming that's who it was and he absolutely did fix them for her)...read full review

I have been getting my nails done there since I moved to Jasper. They were great at first but since it's under new management it has gone down. They have only one nail tech. I got my nails done last week and they started falling off the next few days after. Wish Tim would come back.Service: Dip powder

I don't normally complain about a business and i hate to write a bad review because this is literally the only nail salon I ever use! But today was the worst nail experience iv ever had? the lady who started my nails glued the white tips so far up my nail that it's almost touching my cuticles and the fake tip isn't even touching the end of my nail because of it being so high up . ( I didn't notice till after she started putting the powder on and me being someone who doesn't like being rude said it was fine??‍♀️) and while gluing the nails she glued her finger to mine and roughly pulled them apart!
