I contacted Mr. Hart regarding a real estate matter, with the intention of procuring his services. Not only did Mr. Hart inform me that I didn't actually need an attorney to address the matter, he advised me on what path I might take to resolve the issue myself, without having to pay attorney's fees. This kind of honesty and integrity is, in my opinion, rare these days, and it is for this reason that I will, in the future, return to Mr. Hart for my legal needs.

I've known Mr. Hart for several decades and over the years, because I've always found him to be honest and forthright, I've sought his advice and engaged him on real estate legal matters, i.e., closings/HUD documents, title searches, and deed transfers, and most recently Wills and Trust Fund issues.
