“Update 10/8/26: I saw their commercial about Air. Called because we were having an issue with a new install for the entire units inside/out. Dade showed up and showed us all the incorrect examples that the previous company should have fixed. Dade was patient with me with me while frustration was growing from spending over $17k for a new system, that promised a change in our electric/gas payments from another local company. He validated my questions and concerns. All of which could of been prevented from the get go, had it been done right in the first place. Now, we are looking at a few grand just to get it done to correct things. I do my homework with companies but East Texas is full of incompetent companies, that do crap work where the customer has to eat more costs. We appreciate Dade and Bannister for taking the time and effort to not only explain the shortcomings of the initial install and issues we have been experiencing, but also to explain how we move forward to have our system up to code. HVAC is not cheap , but having a tech and reputable company with the patience and knowledge as a homeowner, is well worth every penny. Thank you Dade, we appreciate all of your time and energy.

After moving to Longview and dealing with crappy work, we decided to get referrals from companies that actually know what they are doing. Jacob and Tristan came out, gave me a quote and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and the ability to get it done right the FIRST time! No BS sell up, no charging extra for things the contractor didn't have on them. Good thing I wasn't going to go by the Internet when they were wrong. Very knowledgeable. Thank you guys!
