They stayed with me long after the purchase and came up with and mailed me an optical drive for the computer when I discovered that there is no installed drive as delivered

Just Purchased a Dell Refurbished Tower Computer! Was a little over 24 hour turnover! It arrived at my home. Packed Very Well! Customer Service is over and beyond anywhere else. I've bought brand new computers from Big Box. And NEVER got the service that I have gotten with Discount Computer Depot! They have the Deals you need to keep you and or a small business, in business!
