We had a new unit installed by another company; to find out they installed an oversized unit. This caused so many problems. I needed a new AC company that could be trusted. A/C & heating was highly recommended. I called and spoke with Paul the project mgr. and he directed me on how they could help us thru this problem of having the 1st unit removed and they would then step in and install the right size. It went smoothly, it's been 2 days, the correct AC unit is working great. I am so happy with their service. Paul assured me that it was going to be OK. And it is. Every one of the employees was a pleasure to have around.
We had Ellis County Home Inspections do a new build independent inspection before we closed. It was the best money spent. Andy found things that we would have never found that needed addressed. He was very thorough, took his time and delivered a detailed report for our builder. Thank you for a great experience
