The best experience in this horrible pandemic the staff worked tirelessly to get out results we understand when 1000 samples come it does take time but the staff answers very call to satisfy the patients.
I came here for PCR test before a trip overseas. They promised the result would come at midnight or morning within 24 hours and it did. The process was quick with only a few minutes wait. The clinic was very quiet on Saturday. For travel purpose, you have to pay out of pocket $125 and not covered by insurance.
First time using the services here and everything exceeded expectations. We had an appointment so once we checked in, we were asked to the back to do our nasal swab within 3 minutes.Our results were delivered within 12hrs. The doctor also gave us a courtesy call about our results.Service was friendly.The office was clean and had sanitizing products readily available.Though appointments are recommended, they take walk-ins. I was pleased with how they handle the few walk-ins as we waited to be called back. Unlike a testing center I frequented, Z Diagnostics accommodated the walk-ins promptly and did not make them come back.
