The doctors and staff are great. Unfortunately USMD as an entity is pure garbage. You cannot reach anyone at the clinics over the phone, and they will make no attempt to notify outstanding charges before sending the balance to collections. I had a $70 charge sent to collections that I was not notified about, absolutely absurd.
Worse communication board ever. You can never get a message to your PCP timely. They ask that pharmacy request the refill and still ignore the request. Then call make a note but NEVER send over to PCP to approve.
My husband and I have been going to this location of USMD for 15 yrs and have always been extremely pleased with our health care needs. Our primary doctor is Dr. CHAVDA. He and all of his assistants are very professional.
