I don't usually write reviews, but Jeff/USER-SEC is worth it. Having been constantly frustrated with a previous IT company, Jeff was a breath of fresh air. He is EXTREMELY knowledgable in his field and I would recommend him to anyone looking for IT solutions. Not only have I personally enjoyed working with him, but all of our POS, software, accounting, and security support tell me how much they enjoy working with Jeff as well, which speaks volumes.

I took my computer to User-Sec because it got shut off suddenly without any reason. Jeff has been very professional. It did not take that long to figure out what happen (Windows bug) and of course he fixed it immediately. Not to mention, I was able to retrieve my computer without any hassles. I will definitely use this company again. Keep up the good work, Jeff
