I've been a member at The NOW in Las Colinas for over a year, and it's been such a wonderful experience. I definitely have my favorite therapists, and this week I had a session with Mike that was incredible. His deep tissue massage combined with stretching left me feeling completely renewed--like a brand‑new person walking out the door. I truly can't say enough good things about The NOW. It's the perfect way to recharge and make it through the holiday season!
I had a great experience with Mike. He clearly understands muscle tension and recovery, and he did an excellent job working through the areas that needed it most. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the session comfortable from start to finish. I left feeling noticeably better and would definitely recommend him to anyone who trains regularly or carries a lot of muscle tension.
Super friendly greeting when you walk in. A therapist who wasn’t even assigned to me offered me water while I waited. Perfect vibe. Mike was particularly great and helpful. He had important suggestions for me on my next visit. I have a membership and will continue to come back often!
