I cannot rave enough about Leyah . I had a meeting at 7:00 p.m. here it was 4:00 P.M. and needed a cut as my hair had grown out from a bad cut from someplace else. Making an appointment was easy online, and I had only a five min wait after arrival. Leyah and I talked about what I wanted. I had tried to find pictures showing my particular bob, but couldn't. Leyah listened intently as I described what I wanted. Unfortunately I don't know the terms of hair cutting, but after a few minutes, Leyah said the magic words - "Undercut" I was doubtful that was the term, but we agreed after I tried to draw what I wanted (I am definitely no artist). Salena was kind and friendly, and she definitely understood the assignment. She used products to increase volume in my thin hair, asked me if the water was just right, listened to what i wanted, and gave me a cute cut. She even let me use her phone charger and gave me advice on a better DART route to take to get home. A+

I encountered people in Texas who asked at beginning- tell me about your haircut style. Otherwise, wherever I go they just know/ask the numbers 1,2 or 3 ?. Hairstyle is not about numbers, it’s about appearance and what sort of hairstyle suits on you. Btw, the lady was nice enough and did cut my hair as per my expectation. Customer for next time!
