I read some of the below reviews and I’ve been using services fusion for 6 years now. Not going to lie it was bit difficult but we were able to train all technicians and office employees on how to use it. We did integration with Quickbooks and we got everything to flow correctly. We owned a HVAC Company had over 16+ employees. Service fusion has come a long way and they continue to update the system with new feature. When the system is down is short we had those as well and we kept it going. Once the system was up again we made sure everything was put into the system. Currently I have helped other companies with the setup and maintaining it. We do it all while they continue to focus on other things. Again I would recommend Service fusion.
