3+ weeks for pathology and still waiting. This is the second time this has happened. What is going on?!!!!!!!

Pro Path's website boasts The ProPath Advantage of Rapid Turnaround Times of 1-2 days. Medical City Surgery Center in Frisco actually has a contract with this company. However, my biopsy results from a May 17th procedure are still pending & my follow-up appointment with my doctor who is going out of town next week is tomorrow, 5/26/23. This is extremely disheartening to say the least.

Most unprofessional and difficult to deal with organization I have had the misfortune to have to contact. Staff mislead me in regards to a $63.00 bill. Feels like a scam.
