I have been going to the Irving massage store for 6 years. I Never had a bad massage.
My only complaint is that I was overcharged for using a credit card for a purchase of $75.00. The charge should have been $2.62, not $13.00.
Your sign clearly states 3.5 percent for credit card usage.

I understand having to charge an additional 3.5% for using your credit card, but where do you get off charging 24%? Is your staff just incompetent in using the calculator or just trying to run up the charges?
I have no complaints about the massage I receive, excellent services. But STOP overcharging on credit cards. Unfortunately, other Chinese stores are doing the same thing as well.

Wonderful massage with strong hands. Sometimes attempts to upsell during massage by adding other services like foot massage. As long as you expect and are prepared for the hustle, you will enjoy your experience greatly.
