When I had a dangerously high fever because of an infection in my respiratory system. They treated me, they healed me when me and my mother didn't have health insurance during our visit to Texas. I am very thankful, they made me feel better. I'm reading these other reviews and I didn't realized how negative they've been. I didn't know this place was bad at all. They saved my life the first time I went there

Dr. Ortega is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He is caring and took the time to explain and referred me to a specialist. I'm very satisfied with his service. The reason for the 4 stars is because a Nora from billing lacks customer service skills. That's my only complain. But doctor Ortega is amazing.
