I've been renting with flexdrive for a while now,they are always willing to help and provide customer service,if your background is good and your driving history clear then they will put you in a car once you get an appointment through the app,staff is friendly and helpful,thanks!!!

Anyone claiming they were hit with extra fees did not listen to the employees warning about pay as you go during their onboarding. The team takes the time to encourage people to pick an appropriate mileage plan so anyone who is complaining is dealing with the consequences to their own actions.

Rude and unfriendly representative. I was trying to ask one of them a question instead telling me to go inside there are others, he just pointed to the door. I said to myself can he even speak?
