I am writing to share how satisfied my daughter and I were with the service we received during our visit yesterday. From the moment we entered, we were greeted warmly by every staff member. Despite having back-to-back appointments, the wait time was minimal and very reasonable. Dr. Heda was extremely professional, attentive and gentle. I especially appreciated how she communicated each step of the exam process. My daughter and I both felt very comfortable under her care. After our exams Farah and the gentleman at the front desk were incredibly helpful and patient as they assisted us in selecting our frames. I have been to LOOK for two years straight and they have been very professional and I received top care. I highly recommend them for any of your eyewear needs. Great customer service, wonderful optometrist and my lenses came in quickly.

Haya at the front desk was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had. Ravi was informative on my options on glasses and Monika guided me thru the process how it works thru whatever insurance one has. Thank yall again!
