Alex came to my house around 7 pm after leaving a very large job that requires him to return in order to finish the job. Fantastic service from the first phone call until the job was done. My a/c stopped working when we had sparks across our wires in the backyard. I called the phone number on Sunday after the storms expecting to leave a message. Melissa answered the phone!! She was most helpful by giving me things to try to see if my unit would start. Nothing I tried got my a/c working. She scheduled the technician to come out first thing Monday morning. The technicians were very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done and were able to explain it so that I understood.
