Took a new polo shirt I only worn once to get cleaned and got it returned with ink stains on it ,told them yall ruined my shirt The only answer I got was they tried to get it removed and that's it never had any issues with them they lost a 13yr customer ?

I have been coming to this lady for about 2 years and referred my family to her. Recently, I took an evening gown to her and showed her the places that felt too tight and what was too loose. She pinned what needed to be tightened and drew with a chalk where she needed to loosen. When I came back to pick up the dress, the same places felt tight, I tried to bring her attention to it and she got very angry. Started yelling at me immediately. I was disappointed bc I have used this place 17 yrs and this lady ruined my skirt,not just this time but in the past,even my daughter and she became rude and augmentive and charged 46.00 when I pd 7.58 for the skirt Never will I go there again. I rate her 3. I couldn't believe her attitude after my sending customers there.She has my skirt to repair it after cutting a slip from underneath and hopefully it's repairable.Dorothy
