This place will scam you! Stay away. I went to the Fort Worth location on Crockett for Botox/Dysport with Saira. I got the same number of units I’ve always gotten at other places. There was little to no results after two weeks. I went back in, got 30 more units and I still have a lot of movement in my forehead. It’s almost like they “water down” their injections or lie about the number that you’re getting. I called two days ago to speak to a manager that was not available and still have not heard back from them. Don’t fall for the new patient discount, you end up spending more!

Horrible, horrible customer service when trying to cancel my membership. Was charged for 3 months after I requested to cancel with no mention of an email that had to be sent to a specific address. I have emailed corporate with no response. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company but am in wait and see mode as what this company request I do...well it has not worked. I'm currently out $600 with no response with them. I guess they are one of those companies where once they get your money, you are just SOL. Good Luck doing business with them if there is problem.

I was appall to come in for my appointment and the nurse who was to do the botox for me, refused to provide the service for me, This was the first time I had ever been here and she even had me apply for a credit line with Cherry and I got approved for $3,000.00 and Caroline the nurse told me it would not do me any good to get the Botox, when I have been getting Botox before. I was so dissatisfied why would you make me apply for a credit and then refuse to provide service was it because of my age? I don't have any medical issues either. I hope no one else goes through this, I was so dissapointed and told my friends and family this is one place you don't want to go to
