I have nothing but good things to say about Omar Herrera! He has been so wonderful managing the projects here at The Encore Apartments in Plano! He always goes above and beyond to make sure we all have an understanding of what is happening on our property at all times. He’s very kind to our residents and is always very friendly to our team. Omar is easy to work with and always follows through on his work.
