On Wed Dec the 30th i contacted Barbara Townsend to schedule a massage appoinment for my very close friend as a christmas present, i texted Barbara letting her know i was wanting to book an appoinment for my friend, Barbara did replied to my first text letting me know she was booked, which that is very understandable and that did not bother me at all. after that, i asked her right away when was her next opening so that i could set an appoinment for my friend. and from there she ignored my texts for days and never replied at all. thats not professional at all. she lost a new customer who gets massages at least twice a month.

Barbara gave me the best massage I've ever had. She has a deft touch and knows the body well. I came in due to a cancellation with back muscle pain and she literally worked it out of my body. Book now! She's got a reputation. Highly, highly recommend her!
