It is a local family owned business, when I need keys ? for my home or my texas restaurant supply business I always go there. The owner is usually there and help you, good customer service.

Not sure who hurt the, I presume, owner of this establishment but I guess I should have read the reviews before going. Going along with another recent review that I just read, they WLL NOT, under NO CIRCUMSTANCE, cut anyone else's key you bring.
Friendliness, one star. However, the 2 keys I reluctantly had them make, work just fine. I try to support local business whenever possible, but this one dropped off the future list. Unfortunate.

I have been a loyal customer of this business for over 15 years. During that time, I’ve appreciated their services, but I’ve also noticed that the atmosphere when entering the store is often less than welcoming. I always make an effort to smile, never haggle over prices, avoid unnecessary questions, and thank them for their help, yet the friendliness is rarely reciprocated.
A recent situation highlighted this issue. While driving by, I saw a staff member outside and asked if they were open because I needed help with a key they had made that wasn’t working. The response I received was, “I’m walking,” which came across as dismissive. I understand... read full review
