Everyone took such great care of my horse Hemi while he was there. They went above and beyond for him and answered all my questions. They were great at getting results to me fast and worked so amazingly with my vet. I highly recommend if your needing deeper information for injuries The girls that answered the phone were fabulous!
We have been to AI several times with different issues in the past for answers. Yesterday was a referral case from Dr Hand ESMS for our stallion. Things went south after the procedure which was a concern prior to doing the meylogram. Our stallion did not wake up and when he did he couldn’t get up or move given his injury. We were very shocked to hear this bc we assumed the procedure was over and when we were told he is in recovery it was a sign of relief for me and my partner. Well God had other plans for kelly. We lost him that night. This entire staff Dr.Amy, Susan,Kayla and the others that assisted were so supportive and consoling to Clay Brazzel and Myself Geoffrey Litton farther than any other vet I have encountered. They did everything that was possible and gave us different scenarios of possible Issues had he been down longer etc. i just want to thank each and every one of you guys for the last two days for loving kelly and seeing Kelly thru our eyes on how much he meant to us. I truly feel god works in mysterious ways and this happened for a reason but above all he is in no more pain.
