Shout out to Joe for coming and helping a first time home owner with her ac. He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, kind and did exactly what needed to be done. They didn't charge a arm n leg for the work. Very competitive on price. Give them a call , I've saved the number cause I will be using again! wow is all I got to say. I saw a ad on Facebook. called American Air was helped by Rebecca or Katherine (I think that was her name I don't remember). she sent out Joe to my house and he got all the info hel needed then turned to me and offered me 4 different options. told me his experience with each one. and told me what he sold and what to expect and gave some helpful tips. I cashed in with a Amana 3ton 16 seer. this was done at 830a on June 4th. by 230p he had he Crew there and Jose, Pedro and his trainee they completely ripped out my old unit then installed the new unit. and was out of there by 630p. Jose the lead tech even showed me stuff I can do in the mean time and explained to me step by step what he is doing when removing and reinstalling the ac. Joe and Jose are the process so extremely easy. well done yall. now my family and I can enjoy the ac and get away from those window units. thank yall again!!!
