The lack of professionalism in this company. More on the recruitment side. Yenisse Roberts reached out to me via text and LinkedIn, about scheduling a call to discuss the details for the position I applied for. She asked if I had availability for the same day. I went ahead and made changes to my availability for the call. I never received a call from Yenisse. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I sent her a message saying if we were still meeting or not. I then scheduled a call for the following week. She did call me but not at the scheduled time. She did say she had booked “our call” for the following week. They are easy to work with, honest and have good prices in their recruiting efforts. They match the physician with the right hospital.
