ZippiVet is a modern, full-service pet hospital that provides a welcoming and clean facility for pet owners. They offer quick appointments, with a streamlined scheduling process that gets pet owners and their animals seen by a doctor efficiently. The veterinarians and technicians are highly knowledgeable, thorough, and take the time to develop a personal treatment plan for each pet. They are attentive, sweet, and communicative, making vet visits a great experience for both owners and their pets. The staff is extremely nice and makes pet owners feel at ease, providing excellent care and upfront costs. The entire staff was amazing, taking in momma dogs and their puppies with no hesitation, helping ensure their clean bill of health, preparing them for new homes, and setting everyone up with continued care. They are the best veterinarians, always on top of care, checking on patients, and doing what they can to help. They made sure everyone was always taken care of with follow-ups, medications, and general well visits. They actually CARE, showing how much they invested into pets, even when busy. They are extremely pleased with the vet services received, with staff being so nice and extremely helpful, answering any questions or concerns.

The ZippiVet staff welcomed me and my senior girl with open arms upon first greeting. My dog felt so comfortable and loved by each of the staff members who came to say hi to us. Excellent communication and the staff was extremely efficient when working with my animal. 10/10 recommend to anyone in or around the area for the most genuine animal care you could wish for!
My chihuahua soulmate is rude to everyone who isn't family. At the vet, she is a particularly nervous, mean, and notorious biter...needing to be sedated AND muzzled each visit. Not so at Zippi Hutto. She's been seen several times over the past year; from out first visit when the tech held her like a baby, she has approved entirely of the staff. No muzzling, biting, and even no sedating! No surprise as this is no ordinary vet office. Everyone is so kind, thorough, and gentle. They genuinely care about her experience there, and she has met that empathy with behaving for them. There are added touches to rave about as a client - They don't overstack themselves. In our many visits, I've not once been left waiting to the point of annoyance which is standard fare everywhere else. They've taken seriously our emergency visits, when another local vet I'd been with over 10 years did not. Their accommodations have saved the day a few times over. I've never had sticker shock there, even though I've been conditioned to expect it from other places...it has always felt "wow, that is super reasonable." Above all that, I cannot say enough about the vets and staff - quality people who are approaching the practice with a compassion and friendliness that set them apart.
