I can’t recommend these guys enough. Excellent product, fast shipping, and super helpful through the entire process. Despite having a delay in getting new springs(on my end, not their fault) they were very understanding when I had a delay in shipping back my cores. Once I installed the new front struts, I saw and felt why this company came highly recommended. My Raptor felt brand new. I will absolutely be using this company again and will tell anyone who needs this service to use them too. Thank you guys!!
First time and not the last time. They took the time to explain all my questions and even make suggestions to services they do not offer at other locations. This will be the only place I have my Raptor serviced from here on out.
I did the shock exchange program for my husband's birthday as a surprise to him. I emailed the sales team on a day they were closed, but Alex the CEO was quick to email back. I explained the situation and what I wanted and he walked me through it. I placed the order and they made sure to get them done quickly thru the holidays so it would be here before his birthday so I could have them installed while his truck ended up being in the shop. (Cam phasers went out and timing mounts broke so it worked out to have the shocks installed secretly while it was at that shop. The bill sucked for the repairs.
